Description

As the Director of Wellness, you will set the strategic direction for Kintsugi’s health initiatives and lead a dedicated team. You’ll oversee program design, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and ensure we stay true to our focus on mental and emotional well-being. Ideal candidates have a proven background in wellness program development, project leadership, and relationship building.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Wellness Management, or a related area
• 5+ years in a leadership role within health or wellness sectors
• Track record of successful program creation and management
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Shape and refine Kintsugi’s wellness program strategy
• Provide leadership and guidance to program coordinators
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Build partnerships with external wellness organizations
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements
