Description

The Wellness Program Specialist will build structured programs centered around mindfulness, self-care, and stress reduction. You’ll work closely with other teams to blend health practices into user-friendly materials and sessions. The ideal person stays current on wellness trends and knows how to turn research into meaningful daily activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Health Education, Wellness, or related area
• Knowledge of mindfulness approaches and mental health basics
• Skilled in creating educational resources and organizing group sessions
• Previous experience working in a health or wellness setting
• Good collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted wellness programs and track their effectiveness
• Produce resource materials with clear, step-by-step instructions
• Host small-group or individual sessions to guide participants in basic self-care
• Collaborate with marketing to highlight new offerings
• Collect and analyze feedback to refine program strategies
